01 The Binding Agreement
Welcome to Lolipav (lolipav.com). By accessing our website, interacting with our digital assets, or inquiring about our game development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lolipav, an Indonesia-based game studio.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the site immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
02 Intellectual Assets & Ownership
Studio IP
All game builds, concept art, character designs, source code, and audio assets displayed on this site are the exclusive property of Lolipav or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or decompilation of our creative projects is strictly prohibited.
User Rights
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the website for informational purposes. This does not grant rights to any internal game tools or proprietary development methodologies showcased in our portfolio.
03 User Conduct
Security Integrity
You may not attempt to circumvent site security, inject malicious code, or use automated scrapers to harvest our studio's project data or client lists.
Communication Standards
Inquiries sent via our contact forms must be professional. Harassment, spam, or solicitations unrelated to game development services will be discarded.
Studio Services Overview
Lolipav provides high-end game development, 3D modeling, and creative consulting. While we showcase our capabilities on this site, formal service agreements are handled through individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs) which supersede these terms.

"The website and its contents are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind."
- Lolipav is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the site.
- We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or that its server is free of viruses or other harmful mechanisms.
- External links to third-party sites (partners or international clients) are for convenience only; we do not endorse or control their content.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the competent courts of Jakarta.
